hi all..
actually i want to know... that in a tourist visa, if a person get visa for multipls entries, and the duration 6 month, for 10 years, so is their any limit to come in US in a year for 6 months or a person can stay for 6 person and then go back to India and again will come after one months for next 6 months.....

If you got a multiple entery visa your stay in USA would depend on the number of months the POE officer stamps on your passport/I-94 - eg.3 mths/6 mths etc.
If you need to stay back here you can get an extension to your I-94 providing the reasons and other documents needed.
Usually u can get an extension(needs to be done 2 months in advance before you I-94 expires)
You can go back to india and come back a good duration to maintain between two trip would be around 6 months - otherwise you could have problems at the POE.
If you need to stay longer than 6 months extension is the best option. If its the first time you would get the extension easily
