Hello everyone,
I have applied for my parents' visa (B2) and the date I got was 15th May. My L1 visa is expiring on 18th Oct'18 which is about 5 months after my parent's scheduled visa interview date. I heard from one of my friends that I have to have at least 6 months of valid visa in-order to get my parents' visa application to be selected. Is it true?
My sister and brother in law also live in the same city as I do. Should I change the DS160 and make my brother in law as sponsor for my parents as his visa is valid for longer than mine?
