Hello,
I am applying for visa extension for my parents.
Got few questions regarding this.
Do I have to submit the following as supporting documents for I-134?
-W-2 tax documents for past three years
-letter to consular officer (in addition to letter with reason for extension)
-invitation letter (requesting for extending stay) to parents
-my birth certificate copy
Basically I want to know if all the documents
mentioned in immihelp visitor visa page for sponsor are
required for visa extension?
Also like to know if there is a sample letter for visitor visa
extension showing tourism as reason.
I am not sure whom to address this letter.
I got very good responses and help from this immihelp forum
to get the B2 visa for my parents. Hope to have
a similar experience for extension too!
