URGENT-suggestion required on B1 visa

Hi all,

I have my B1 visa scheduled for tomorrow in chennai. In DS-160 form I have given place as California which is my company's hedaquarter. Purpose i mentioned is "business discussions" and gave some tentative dates. But now I have to travel to some other state on the same dates for a conference (invited by my employer)
What should say in my visa interview? California- since I have written that in DS-160 or real place? If i get visa by saying california can it create any problem at point of entry

Please help, I am very confused

POE is irrelevant to your business meeting location. You can have a meeting at CA & you can choose to come via New York (which will become your POE).


As long as you have a valid visa, you should be good to visit USA.
