I am applying for visitor visa. My father in law US citizen has filed an immigration petition for my wife. Main applicant is my wife and my name is with my wife in visa petition. At present I am alone in UK under HSMP visa and applyong from here for US visitor visa for 3 weeks only. Which I have to tick Yes or No for question Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?
