Please can you help. I was helping an uncle of mine with his visa papers.
His interview is at Chennai on May 31st and I reached him all the papers yesterday. We are both at Bangalore today.
I had forgotten to print out the Appointment Letter on the VFs website as I had gone personally to the VFS office to fix the appointment so I only got a small chit saying the appointment is on May 31st.
Looks like the VFS office is closed even tomorrow for "Memorial Day "
When I go to the VFS site and fill in details of
Name , Passport number , HDFC receipt number and date of birth it says pres exit and use the help line which is not working .
Any suggestions or help ?
Has anyone else faced such aproblem ?
