  • IS-134 Few Questions

I am a US citizen and preparing I-134 for spouse K visa:

    1. On Bank Balance, my savings balance is about $1500. Is that ok? Or is there an expected minimum balance?

    2. Under encumbrances on house, I will mention first and second mortgages on the house, but what about credit card loans? Where should I mention that?

    3. If I have about $75,000 balance in stocks/bonds, will that cover for lack of savings balance (about $1500)?

    4. The net worth on the house (after first and second mortgage) is about $200,000. Will that cover for lack of savings balance (about $1500)?

    5. Is there a minimum and maximum annual salary requirement to sponsor a wfe?

    Thanks in advance.

A balance of 5K is advisable for each applicant. Any proven additional assets will help in ascertaining the capabilty of the sponsor.

Visachief - Many thanks. I am not clear on whether I should list my credit card balance or Can I deduct the balance while estimating the net value of the house? Means --- house value === market value - (mortgage+credit card balance)? Please advise. Thanks.
