Parents visa rejected twice with 214b

My parents visa got rejected twice and they were handed 214b form
First time I applied for both my parents and second time only for my mom
My sister is in India and the second time I did only for my mom thinking it would show that as my father is there she would come back
I don?t know what am I doing wrong
They didn?t see any documents
First interview
1.Where are you going
They told busting daughter and my address
2 what do you do ( to my father)
He mentioned electrical contractor in pwd

They rejected

2nd interview to my mom
1. Where are you going ?
2. What does your daughter do
She gave complete designation and company name
3. What does your husband do?
She said he is a businessman - he has electrical shop and does electrical supply wiring central ac work for government offices and he also has farming business
4. Have you booked your ticket?
No my daughter will book when the visa is done
They rejected and gave 214b
No idea what I am doing wrong
First time I mentioned duration as 3 months
Changed to 1 month second time in ds160
Both the times I sponsored the trip

Kept gap of 6months between both applications
I want my parents to come
Please advise how I should proceed

Weak ties back in home country.

As far the information you gave, clearly one can make out weak ties in home country.

1) You did not present any documents that ties her back in home country. ( Property documents, employment, business)
