Hi - would appreciate your help in answering my query.
I was in US on L1 for 5 years (from Sep 2012 to Sep 2017). I recently got married and my spouse is on STEM opt.
I am not sure whether I should go for a F2 or B2?
I have heard that chances of getting an F2 are very slim. Moreover, I do not intend to stay in US as her dependent. I would just meet her and my aunt and will come back to India.
I am not sure what are my chance of getting a B2 - as I have not completed the cool off period (1 year outside US).
