Hi,
My parents have visa appointment on June 12th.
Here are my questions.
1. How important are pay stubs ? ( i only have the latest one - i lost my other latest paystubs - I have the bank statement showing my pay deposits)
letter from my employer .

2. Me and my husband both work. So what should my parents say when the VO asks - is your daugter working ? what would you do the whole day when both of them go to work ?

Pay stubs are important to send if you are sponsoring your parents.
If your husband is sponsoring your parents you can just use his.
If both of you are sponsoring them than you need both your pay stubs to show your income and other balances.
I think W2 is equally important.

If your husband is sponsoring your parents, then your letter should be sufficient. If you both are sponsoring, then you need to show your paystubs too. I am not sure whether you could get the paystub copy from your employer. You can try that too. Incase if you can't do any of those, ask them to show the letter and the bank statements. Your parents should be able to handle the questions.

They can tell that you will be taking them out during holidays, weekends and evenings.
