    Hi,

    I applied for B2 Visa again as I was rejected earlier. However, I used a different account to pay the fee and schedule an appointment. Since the profile details I filled were matching to my previous account, a notification popped up asking me transfer my account as there already existed an account with similar details. When I clicked yes, I was further asked to upload my passport. On doing so, I got a notification stating "you will be contacted by email once your request is approved and your account is changed." I am unsure how long will they take to process this. Has anyone gone through something like this? I wish to schedule an appointment soon

    You can actually chat with the customer service and they will give you all the details.
