will visitor visa be rejected if the applicant is an elderly woman who cant walk

Hi,

if the applicant is an elderly woman who cannot walk and is wheel chair bound.will that effect the chances of Visitor visa be rejected.Does anybody have faced this kind of situation.pls respond.

The VO might see her as a public charge due to her health, or think that she will remain in the US to be taken cared of. The chances of approval may be slim, but still, it's worth trying. She might chance upon a VO who's sympathetic.
