I wanted to apply for visitor visa for my parents, currently my I-797 is with Texas location and will expire by end of August. Currently i am in OHIO and my H1 extension is filed and it is under process now. I have established residency in OHIO like got DL. Question is will my parents get visa since my H1 extension is under process and old one is about to expire in about 2 months?
