H1b holder sponsoring tourist visa for fiance

Hello All,

I apologize if i reposted this as my browser hung up during thread submission earlier.

I am an h1B visa holder currently living in the USA and want to sponsor a tourist visa for my fiance from india. She wants to visit me for a month and go back.

Would this be considered a conflict in intent? Are there documents which i can provide for her visa interview to prove she will be going back?

Please advise what i could do to sponsor her.
