No tax returns

Hi,

I want to sponsor for my parent's visitors visa..but I start work only in july and will have only 4 pay stubs by the time they go for interview. I will open savings ac fro myself and already have joint account with my husband since 2 yrs to make up for the bank balance...but no tax return documents. I am on EAD status now.
My parents visa has been rejected before 2 times before (214b clause) when my husband was the sponsor, he was on H1 and I was on H4.

My query,
Should I go ahead and be the sponsor this time?
Can myself and my husband both be sponsors?
Can we change the sponsor information once we have submitted ds 156?

Will it be better if only my mother applies first for visitor visa and my father applies after her interview date? Will that help in avoiding the 214 b ( not enough proof to return back to homecountry) this time.

Will it be convincing for the interviewing officer that my parents will come back if both apply at the same time but my father puts duration of stay as 1 month and mother as 2 months.
