Regarding Tax Returns/Birth Certificate for Parents visa

Hi,

I am at the very early stages of trying to apply for US visa fr my parents. I am on H1B in USA. What I wanted to know is I see in the immihelp site among the list of documents that they require, they mention about Original Birth Certificate and last 3 yrs Income Tax Returns. I am working fr the last 7 yrs, but in US i am only working fr last 3 months. Before this i was working in Singapore fr 1 yr and in India fr 6 yrs. So what i wanted to know is are they interested in only US tax returns or I can also furnish Singapore/India tax return statements ? Also I had a gap of 1 yr from employment during last yr, so will that 1 yr gap of tax return really matter when they ask fr past 3 yrs tax return ? Or Can i furnish tax returns for the years I have with me ?

Also for birth Certificate, I dont have one issued in India, so if i apply for Birth Certificate in Indian Consulate in USA, will that certificate be considered valid ?

Pls help me with these queries, or pls give me pointers to where Ican get tehse info from.

Only US income. No original bc

Thanks for your reply. So if I dont have 3 yrs Tax Returns of US in that case what should i do ? I am working in US only last 3 months.

Also you said "no original birth certificate"
meaning Original birth certificate is not required and only copy will do or Original issued at India is only valid and if i get it done thru Indian consulate in US will nto be Valid ? Please clarify ..

Pay stubs, carry any other proof of birth date.
