I want to bring my inlaws out here to the US. In the letter to the US counsulate and the employement letter,should I write just father in law and mother in law?
Could anyone who has already done this please inform me on this?

You will specify reg in-laws in letter to consulate and no need to specify in Employment letter

Provide financial docs and proof of strong ties. That's more important than anything.
