Parents Name is different in their Passport & documents and in my Passport

I am on H1B in US. My Passport does not have Father's surname, while they have all documents with full name (First name + Last Name) and my mothers surname is different in my passport and her documents.
I want to apply for their B1/B2 VISA, Is there any problem if name is mismatch as I want to apply for their VISA.
Is affidavit stating both the person is same will work.
Please advise.
