Hi,
I am looking at applying B2 visa for my parent along with the same time my as my L1 visa interview.
I want to apply the visa together now itself and plan to take her along with me for few months when I go to the US.
Reason being, she hasn't traveled internationally alone before and my grandparents in India are getting older and my mom may not be able to travel to US later on if they need her assistance.
The documents that I plan to use to apply for her are : a) Offer letter from US employer that mentions my salary b) I-797 approval c) India Bank statements of myself, my mother and my father d) India property statements of myself and my father.
Would this be sufficient to make a good case for a B2 visa application?
