  • Visitor visa Questions- 28 year old, single

    Dear All,

    Greetings!

As I have finally decided to go to the US for a holiday, I seek you assistance & advise to let me know my chances of getting a Visitor Visa.

Nationality: Indian, Born and raised in Dubai.

    Status: Single, 28 Years old.

I am a partner of a business in Dubai along with my father & have 9 employees working for me in Dubai.

Cash in personal Bank account: USD20000/-
Cash in my company's account: Keeps on fluctuation between USD80k -USD120K. But I have several deposits under my company's name as well

Travel History: UK, Georgia, Oman, Kuwait, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Thailand.

No properties in Dubai, but I have a car which is still pretty new.

I am planning on a trip along with my GF to New york for 7 days. My gf is staying in Toronto & has a valid US visa.
Staying with my parents & sibling in Dubai ( House under my father's name)

Can you please advise if I can add something to convince the Visa officer that I intend to only go in for a holiday & not a potential immigrant.

By the above how do you think my case looks so far?

    Regards,
    DxbBoy

so what you're saying is besides having a slightly nominal amount of money(technically below the FPL in the US), and a new car, you have no strong ties to your country(business can be operated from anywhere in the world so that's not a strong tie), and you have a girlfriend living in Canada who also has a visitors visa for the us? your chances are slim for being approved. this just screams red flag for being an immigration risk.
This is strictly an opinion and should not be misconstrued as legal advice. The use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
