DS 160 - which option to chosse Business Visa BUSINESS/PERSONAL (B1/B2) or TOURISM/ME

BUSINESS/PERSONAL (B1/B2)

TOURISM/MEDICAL TREATMENT (B2)

I think both should be fine. Could you please advise which one is the option to go with.

B2 seems more appropriate to me.
