Looking for a Visa for my wife and want to know what people think.
- Married 2 years
- I live with her in Ukraine, smaller city north of Kiev
- We own an apartment (New apartment, cost about 90k fully paid. Not insignificant by local standards)
- We own a car (2013 Sonata nothing special)
- She is the director of my local company (need a local director)
- My business now has a local office that opened this summer, 130 SQM and 5 employees
- She also has a full time job for the past 5 years
- She has a daughter, not coming this time
- I make about 250k a year from my business, unfortunately its not dependent on location and I have to travel a bunch.
- Travel wise she has a Canada (for 9 more years) and UK visa (Just 6 months)
- In the past 3 years we have been to UK (Twice in June for a weekend each)
- Sri Lanka (Feb for 9 days)
- Lithuania (With her parents in January for 4 days)
- Canada (9 days in November, 2017)
- Germany/Poland (4 days in August, 2017)
- Turkey (Week in June, 2017)
- Umm at least 4 other trips to EU, France, Italy, another Germany Trip .. some of which needed a EU visa some of which after the Visa was no longer needed for Ukrainians.
We have no interest in living in USA so I dont want to waste the money on a immigrant visa and it would be dishonest to even apply for one since we have no intention of living in USA.
She has been denied visas twice before. Once last October before the Canada trip (Also before we bought the apartment and car) but after Canada visa and once in January 2016.
This is the last (and for her most annoying) visa to get to free up travel. Would love to go to New York with her sometime this fall.
