Hi, I'm planning to get a tourist visa for my parents to US.
Wanted to know how further ahead can I schedule an appointment to the consulate. --> Since my parents are older, I would like to accompany them for the visa. I'm planning to do that in December. Can I start the process now (July 2018) and schedule an appointment for the consulate in December 2018?
(Does the official website allow scheduling appointments 5 months ahead?)
