Mom Widow visa rejected,other 2 daughters both in UK

Hi all,
My mom is a widower and her visa got rejected .I have 2 sisters in UK ,but moms sisters and bros are all back in india.She was a school teacher but retired recently,Any hope???? Also any luck changing the language to regional(Mal/Tamil) and why are they not available now?Please advice on how to reapply?

Mom's visa rejected

Don't be discouraged by it. My mom is a widower and her visa was rejected twice. The third time, I took her with me to the consulate when I had to take the interview for my H1b visa extension. We took the appointments for me (h1) and my mom (b2) together as a family. We both were called together at the interview window, but the consular interviewed us separately. I am not sure if me being there helped, but my mom got six months visa. So, keep trying and your mom will get the visa sooner or later. It is just a pain (I mean a huge pain!) to have your parents go through these humiliations over and over again.

Widow mom's visa rejected

I don't remember if they asked her about my sibblings in India. My only sister is in India and she is married. They asked her that question the first time, but do not believe she was asked that question the second or third time.
