Renewing Visitor Visa Process

Hello,

Would you please help me to renew my parents' visitor visa?

1) What is the procedure to renew visitor visa B1/B2? (They received visa in Nov-2007)
2) What documents do they need to submit to US Consulate if I am sponsor?
3) I am going to be a sponsor. What documents they need from me?
4) Shall I gather all documents and send them? And then start their application?

As the previous visa was issued prior to 2008, you would have to apply all over again.
