B2 Visa for Child and Spouse

Hi All,
I have B1/B2 visa. I am again going on business meeting. This time i want my wife and daughter to come with me.
I filled DS-160 form for my wife and daughter.
I read somewhere that for child under age 14, there is interview waiver program. But it requires Visa of parents.
But i dont have my wife's visa, only i have valid visa.
Not understanding, what should i do.

Please help.
