DS156 and DS157 - Urgent!!!

Hi, I have applied for my parents and sister visitor visa from Mumbai consulate. My parents applied thru and agent. He manually filled the forms and submitted to Mumbai consulate personally. They have their visa interview in now and I just realised that the agent has wrongly filled the following-
1. In DS-156who will pay for the trip he said my parents themselves (My father) whereas in my I-134 I told I will be sponsoring and bearing their expenses..so contracdicting.
2. IN DS-157 he entered the flight details and dates of travel. He told that my parents that he has blocked the tickets.

I tried going to the vfs website to retrieve their case and update it but its not able to find the case and says to contact the helpline.

Can somebody tell me what should I do now? How do I change this information. All inputs welcome. Thanks in advance for help.

Nothing to worry about ...

About the I-134 your parents can simply explain that they wanted to pay for the trip but you insisted on paying for all expenses hence the I-134. Tell them to take all their financial docs anyways just in case.

About the flight details, I don't see what's the problem. Are you saying that the flight dates are incorrect ? Or that the tickets are not actually blocked ? That might be a problem in case the officer asks for the itenerary. Of course your parents can always get another itenerary and explain that their arrival plans changes slightly.

HI Bhikubhai, Thanks for ur reply. I and my parents were really tensed as to what should be done now. Any clues why I am not able to access the VFS site? It doesn't allow me to retrieve data even though I have entered all information properly. Also, I will request the agent to give the blocked tickets status or something like that as a proof and I am sending them the itinerary right now.
