Visitor Visa for Parents and Brother - URGENT

Hi Friends,

My Parents and Brother are going for the Visitor Visa on 14th July at Delhi Cosulate, My Brother is 23 years / unmarried and is dependant on my parents because of medical illness.

I have heard a lot that my Parents Visa will also be rejected because of my brother ? Is it True ?

Is there a chance that my parents will get Visa but my Brother's Visa is rejected ?

Should I send only my parents for the Visa first ???? and then try applying for my brother ?

Hi, 2 years back,ie in 2004,I applied for my parents & sister(mentally retarded),for 3 times,they were rejected all times,at mumbai consulate.
You are the only similar case in all this time,
I'm applying visa for my mom & sister only this time, in july,lets keep fingers crossed.
