Hi - I had applied for Visitor Visa for my Parents and Parents in Law. My parents application was approved while my Parents in Law application was denied under 214(b). The interviews for both were 4 days apart, my parents applying prior to in laws. Exactly after 2 weeks, my Father in law received email from "NDBox Advanceprocessing <[email protected]>" with the subject of the email as "FW: Nonimmigrant Visa Application (passport#K242xxxx)" and body as below text, The subject did had the right passport number for my father in law
In order to continue processing your non-immigrant visa application, please fill out the attached form and submit it via email to [email protected]
If you prefer, you may submit a hard copy of the form to the nearest Visa Application Center (VAC). To locate the nearest VAC, please check www.ustraveldocs.com/in or call +91120-4844644 / +914046258222 / *** 703 520 2239 (USA local number) on Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., India Standard Time (IST), or Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., IST.
Please include your case number when submitting any documents. Do NOT submit any original personal documents (degrees, mark sheets, etc.). Documents submitted will not be returned (other than passports and petitions).
Your visa application will be on hold until we receive the attached document.

There is a form attached to the email asking for various details similar to DS160. I am not sure what is happening here. Is this real or some kind of spam?
