Hi - I had applied for Visitor Visa for my Parents and Parents in Law. My parents application was approved while my Parents in Law application was denied under 214(b). The interviews for both were 4 days apart, my parents applying prior to in laws. Exactly after 2 weeks, my Father in law received email from "NDBox Advanceprocessing <[email protected]>" with the subject of the email as "FW: Nonimmigrant Visa Application (passport#K242xxxx)" and body as below text, The subject did had the right passport number for my father in law

If you prefer, you may submit a hard copy of the form to the nearest Visa Application Center (VAC). There is a form attached to the email asking for various details similar to DS160. I am not sure what is happening here. Is this real or some kind of spam?
