Urgent: I-134: Fax or Original?

Hello:

Do help with the following as soon as possible!

1. My sponsor in the US has filled in and notarized the I-134. Should he send me the original notarized copy for me to carry to the Visa interview in Mumbai, or will a faxed copy do?

2. Does my sponsor have to submit this form in the US?

I-134 form should be in Original, Your sponser has to sign the form and get it notarized and have to send the original.
