My parents have interview appointment in Aug in Chennai.

1. While taking appointment, I have taken my mom's first with language Telugu and I added my dad to the same appointment. On the interview appointment letter, mom has telugu as language and dad has english (both have same date and time). Is there a possiblity to change this?

2. In the above case, will they be interviewed separately?

3. Also is it necessary to send tax returns in the sponser's documents?

If you had added anohter application to the appointment, then both should get same language. Just send a mail to VFS

No, if they are on the same interview slot
