regarding travel to india from canada-usa

Hi

I need some advice on this my situation :

my mom is on a Tourist visa- B1/B2 on the USA . she came in April 2018 and return travel date to India is Mid of sept 2018.
however, she needs to travel to Canada on 1se sept and she will stay for 2 months in Canada. so When she will come back to the USA again after 2 months stay in Canada,
so US port of entry allowed to again to enter in the USA so she can go back to India from the USA on Dec 2018.

I guess, I understood your question correctly.

A lot of people tried this way to indirectly extend stay of their parents. It depends on POE officer to allow an extended I94 date or to keep the same date as earlier.

So, it?s possible that she might be asked to go back to India at POE upon return from Canada.
