Appointment in English - Chennai

Hello All,

Thanks in advance for all those who are going to answer for this question. My parents are scheduled for an i-view at Chennai consulate in English. Can they request for a tamil translator after they went inside at the counter? Have any one of you or your parents had this request or experiences? I would appreciate for your input and sharing your experience?

Does anyone know the next tamil version interview at Chennai consulate? I went through VFS website and it says the dates are not available for any regional languages as of 06/08/2006.

Pazhani - It is always better to take your regional language appointment if your mom/dad are not comfortable with english. I do not think they provide translator if you have not opted before.

One of my friend's mom went last week without translator and her visa got rejected since she could not understand and communicate.
