Multiple entry Visitor Visa B2 renewal (after 10 year validity) denied in India

Hello Members,

My Dad B2 Visitor Visa renewal was denied (after 10 year multiple entry) stating that he is overstayed in one of his earlier visit for almost 2 months. We actually filed their extension long time back when they are in US, but its denied & they left to India.

I am looking for guidance,

1. Can i apply new visitor visa all over again? do i have to wait for certain time?
2. What documents i can show to USCIS for their overstay?

What are my options, appreciate your response.

When did they overstayed (how long ago)? Do you have flight tickets/boarding pass to prove that they left the country after extension application response?

Along with that they should carry the extension application (hard copy) & the result with them for the visa interview.
