need help

hi, I am trying to retrieve a ds 160 application but its keeps saying error, that I should just type in my id # but when I type it in it repeats again saying error. also I cant access a new form. it goes straight to the same page I mentioned above.

Clear your cache. Try with a different browser or a different machine.
