can i send form long after scheduliing interview?????

suppose i have HDFC barcode number????
i apply online to schedule interview >>>>>>> do i have to fill online form at that time or anytime later???
im applying from home to get a early interview date .....but i wanna consult someone b4 filling the form and that'll take maybe 1-2 months >

so is it possible that i just schedule interview and send the forms later?????

HDFC is valid for one year.
When you are applying online/scheduling interview, that is time you will be filling forms. So if need more time in filling the forms, you can wait for or remember that some of fields in forms are NON-editable, so if you are not waiting for that those cols information you can start filling up and edit afterwards

Next coming to sending forms, you mean sending supporing docs, if yes, send the docs that are latest of 30-45 days before interview

im not sure abt whether to self finance or dad finance( retired dad with less than<1 lakh per annum IT return) or US sponsor from br in law.

20) present employer and occupation.

somebody said 1-14 columns are editable, but there was also a statement>>>>>>>
THE FORMS ARE SAVED ON VFS FOR ONLY A MONTH.
AFTER A MONTH WE CANNOT CHANGE THE INFO EVEN IF WE HAVE INTERVIEW 4 MNTHS AFTERWARDS.

Per VFS, You can edit forms upto to 5-days prior to interview for Mumbai consulate and upto 2 days for other consulates
