Need help for my case for my b2 visa interview

Good day everyone!

I just want to know if I have a strong case for my interview.

I want to visit my 95 year old grandmother I will sponsor the visa myself.
About myself:
-25 years old
- Mechanical engineer for a construction company
- employed for 1 year and 3 months ( just recently resigned)
- I earn $ 3,600/anum
- I also have a fish farm business that I manage and earn I earn $1,000 - $1,500 for every harvest (I harvest every 3 months).
- I was issued a 10 year multiple entry visa when I was 8 years old and I only used it twice.
one when I was 8 years old and we overstayed for 1 year I don't know how it got resolved. and the last one when I was 18 and I stayed for 2 months

Your annual income doesn't seems much for you to pay a ticket of $700-800 to USA.
