D156 /157 Question - Please Help

Hi,

My parents visa has been rejected twice before and this is the third time they are applying.

They had filled the D156 and 157 forms and submitted them to get the appointment. They have photocopies of the submitted forms.

Should they fill the form again and take it with them or they should take the photo copies of the forms with them.

Please suggest.

Yes, they need to fill again.These forms needs to be original
