Help needed for Visitor Visa

My parents got rejected 2 times for visitor visa. First time they asked my father what do you do. He said that he have his own business as a photo studio. They asked what is your annual income. So dad said 1 lac per year.
They asked couple of more questions and rejected.
Second time I applied only for my mom in sept 2005. That time they asked couple of questions, did not ask any papers etc. and said you came 2 months back. They rejected saying you are financially weak. And they also said that do not come back till some thing is changed.

Now we are thinking to apply again. That will be about 1.5 years later (assuming we get interview date after 6 months). So I have a couple of questions.

1 > My father's shop is closed now and he is retired. He have income coming through farming etc.

So in the form for visa what shall we write as occupation retired or farming ?
How much income is to be shown ?
Does he need to show tax return statement of this ?

2 > Meanwhile we have a 9 months old baby. Shall We include her on the form ? Form of support etc ?
Or does mentioning that hamper the chances ?

3 > Any advice about showing sufficient family ties back home for my parnets ?
