  • Has someone filed I-134 Affidavit.

    Hi,

    Has someone filed I-134 recently?

Is there a minimum bank balance they are looking for?
Is having a temporary job a reject?

Also, How long does it take to get the result after submitting the application.

    Thank you

Personally I think that document is useless & waste of time. I-134 if not a legal document & can not legally force the signer to pay for support for the visitor.

To answer your question, there is no minimum bank balance defined anywhere. You need to have sufficient money in bank account to support the visit. So, for a visit of 1 week, $1000 should be sufficient. However for a visit of 1 month, $2000 will be less.

I never noticed that VO ever asked for I134 from any B2 visa applicant.

Regarding your temporary job, it depends on your citizenship. If you are american, your temporary job doesn't matter. If you are on non-immigrant visa, it might be a point to question (but definitely not a reject).
