Please respond....Can H1B people marry a B1/B2 in US..?

I have my fianc? in INDIA and I want to bring her to US on B1/B2 visa and get married. Even though I came on F1 and got H1B,due to changing rules day by day;I don't want to take risk to go for stamping and struck their.
1)If we get married here;how it impact to my H1 and GC process?
2)Possibility of facing any problems during 'change of status' from B2 to H4 with in US..?
3)What is the possibility of getting stamped in US Embassy in india as H4..?

First of all it is difficult for her for get B1/B2.

If she could still manage to get that. B2 to H4 will be more riskier than applying for H4 in India.

H4 will be quite easy to get in India.
