B2 Visitor Visa for In Laws family

Hi

I am planning to bring my father in law family( total 4, father in law, mother in law, brother in law and his wife) on Visitor Visa. So would like to know is it fine all these four together for visa interview or do i need to take separate appointments for both families?

I heard it is easy to get visa for my brother in law and his wife if they go along with his parents.

Appreciate if someone can help me.
