Is it necessary to include the previous 3 years tax returns and W2's ?
In my case, both myself and my wife are sponsoring our parents, and I worked only part of the year in 2005 while my wife didn't work at all (Currently, we both are employed). Other than the W2's and tax returns, we're including other documents like bank statements, employer letters, recent paystubs etc. But, I thought including the previous year's tax return might hurt my case and that's why this question.
Can I send the documents to my parents without including any tax returns at all. Are these specifically sought by the consular officer while looking at the visa application ?
