How to take the appointment for H4 and B2 together

Please give me guidance how to book the appointment for my daughter and father-in-law at the same time. My daughter is 4 years old.

Can you please explain in detail how to book an apoointment at the same time since she is minor. (H4 for mychild, B2 for my father-in-law)

Instead of doing it by online, can I ask them to go to the appointment office to get help from them.

It is very urgent please help me.
