If I understand your question correctly, she has a valid visitor visa and is only traveling to the US. The aforementioned list is irrelevant. You would not even need those docs. for a visa interview let alone for the journey. Most of them do not even make sense (for e.g., I94: this is issued only upon entry and determines the duration of legal stay, otherwise it carries no relevance).
All she would need would be
    (1) Unexpired passport
    (2) Passport with valid visa stamp (if different from 1 above)
Nothing else is needed. If she has your contact details handy, in case the CBP officer wants to look at them, that would be great. Everything else is immaterial and irrelevant.
Just an opinion; Not legal advice.

For sure they need to have your address & phone number(s) handy at all time.

To be more safe, you can have them carry copy of few of your documents - proving that you are in USA legally & working.

Like copy of your passport, visa, I797, recent payslips or bank statement - though mostly they won't ask for it.

aakhan2021 Libra_14 Does this mean that Once we have a valid Visitor Visa (B1/B2) that we do not need to visit the consulate for interview during Second or third visit to USA.
Can we directly book tickets and board flight with valid visitor visa

Yes, if you have multiple entry visa & it is still valid. Read the visa once again.
