question at POE

Hi,
My parents are coming next week,will they be asked about the duration they want to stay again at POE?If asked so what should they say, should they mention the same period mentioned in DS-156?

they can ask 4-5 months. (need not be same as on Ds 156)

in my experience they didnt ask how long are we gonna stay in the us,i think its automatic that they will give u guys 6 months,we went in los angeles last may 28 2006

If the POE officer asks how long their intended stay, you should be ready with the answer. There is no automatic stamping rule.
