I would like to initiate B1 visitor visa for my sister's daughter (i.e. 5yrs Old kid) while my sister is having a valid B1 visa already.
Can i initiate visitor visa for my nephew alone? What are the chances to get visa to my niece?

If we can't initiate visa kids all alone then is it fine to initiate visitor for my Brother-in-Law (He is working as manager in Pune.Actually he will not travel but can sponser my sister's travel) along with my Niece?

Yes, you can initiate visitor visa for your nephew alone. Please note it will be B2 (not B1) for your nephew.

Since she is <15 years, you can use the IWP (dropbox) for her - no need to go for interview & all.

Chances are high, since her mother is already having B1 visa.
