Father in Law - Shutdown his Business then what should be Primary Occupation

hello Advisors,
I am on H1b visa in USA with my spouse also on H1B visa. I want to file tourist visa for my parents in laws. My father in law doing business earlier and he shutdown his business in 2017. Now he is kind of retired person from his business and stay back at home. He just rent out his shop and earning monthly rent and that is only his monthly income. In this situation on DS 160 form on "Primary Occupation" column what should I fill? Business or HOMEMAKER?

There should be an option for "Retired" itself.
