Can homemaker sponsor her own trip

Hello Everyone ,
Need quick help .Can a homemaker, who is in receipt of family pension sponsor her own USA tourist trip.
IF you select occupation as homemaker in DS160 it does not allow you to mention source of income in the form
Travelling along with her two sons who are salaried. sons will sponsor themselves.

Yes, as long as you can prove sufficient source of income (pension) & good savings. It doesn't need to be noted in DS160 form.
