hai my parents visa interview is on 9th aug. They have a bank balance of 2 laks and house worth is 20 laks. Is it ok for them to get visa? my father is retired and getting pension. is ther any minimum balance they should have to get visa.

its good enough!

As per my experience, if you are sponsoring their visit and have enough bank balance (at least $ 10 K for sponsoring 2 people) in US, they don't mind the bank balance of applicants.
BTW house worh Rs 20 Lakh and and savings of 2 lakhs will be more than enough. Rest depends on other documents and circumstances, as there is no hard and fast rule as to who does and doesn't get a VISA!
